Insurance law scholars workshop convenes

The annual (at least pre-pandemic) workshop for insurance law scholars convenes this week at Rutgers Law School in Camden. The workshop gives scholars an opportunity to present works-in-progress at all stages, from well-developed papers to rough ideas. It’s always a lively exchange and a rare opportunity for community-building and fellowship among insurance law academics.This year’s workshop draws academics from around the continent–Canada included. Papers are only available to workshop participants at this point, but future publication surely is in the cards.
