Scholars’ workshops

As one of the principal centers for the study and discussion of insurance law in the United States, the Rutgers Center for Risk and Responsibility hosts periodic works-in-progress workshops for insurance law scholars. Participants submit and discuss drafts of academic articles on a wide range of topics. Past participants include leading insurance law scholars and junior scholars from across the country.
