Workshop Announcement-October 2, 2015

The Rutgers Center for Risk and Responsibility is holding its fourth annual insurance workshop. This is a day-long event on the Camden campus with an opportunity to present and receive comments on drafts or less fully formed works-in-progress on topics related to insurance law or other aspect of managing or regulating risk.

Given the fall holidays and the Papal visit to Philadelphia, the workshop will be a little later this year—Friday, October 2, 2015. As we have done in the past, we will pick a precise format when we have a better sense of how many people would like to present a paper.

Please contact Rick Swedloff (swedloff@rutgers.edu) at your earliest convenience if you are interested in attending. The workshop is open to all—whether you have a paper to present or just want to see what others are thinking and writing about. We’d like to know by August 22 at the latest if you’d like to present a draft, a work-in-progress, or would simply like to attend. Drafts or shorter documents (1 to 3 pages) for less fully formed ideas will be due shortly after Labor Day.

For those that don’t know, the campus is just over the Delaware River from Philadelphia and a short ride from the Philadelphia airport.
